Wifi and bluetooth not working after 14.3 update

My iPhone 7 updated to iOS 14.3 and now wifi and bluetooth are not working. The wifi toggle will not turn on and the bluetooth is just spinning.

I tried a hard restart and resetting to network settings and neither worked.

Please help. Thanks
