After 14.3 update I can't open my App Store

After I updated my iPhone 11 Pro to 14.3 I haven't been able to open my App Store it keeps saying "Cannot connect to App Store." I turned off the Media & Purchases in settings, and tried to turn it back on and now I cannot turn back on Apple Media Services. Now I can't access the App Store, Apple Music, Podcast, and whatever else is consider a "Apple Media Service." I tried to fix I by checking my date and time which didn't work, and I restarted my Iphone a few times, and it still didn't work. Any suggestions?

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
