It’s says the address can’t be found for App Store. I can no longer find the AppStore icon either. I’ve tried resetting Home Screen layout. That hasn’t helped.

App Store won’t appear. Address can’t be found.

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases and change the settings to Allow.
