How can I connect an external microphone to my 2015 Macbook Pro which does not have an Audio-In port?

I'm afraid you will need either an analogue to USB interface (with a suitable input for a microphone) or a USB microphone which can be connected directly. There is a range of this sort of thing on Amazon. Many are fairly inexpensive though the best ones will set you back quite a bit more.
