How do I delete a workout from the Health app on my iPhone (iOS version 14.2)?

I just got an Apple Watch and forgot to log a workout, so I added it after the fact in the Health app on my phone, but I typed in the wrong end time and now it says I worked out for 25 hours. How can I delete that workout? Previous answers were not helpful because I believe they were referring to an older version of the Health app.

I figured it out. Go to the Fitness app on your phone and under the Summary tab click "Show More". Then find the workout you wish to delete, swipe left and click "Delete".
