icloud storage
my icloud storage is showing that I have 38GB available but when I try to backup my phone, it is telling me I do not have enough storage available. Please help

See the following as to possible reasons you cannot backup the device - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support. In addition, the message not "enough storage available" is most likely referring to a lack of device storage, not iCloud storage, in which case -
