How do I fix the calendar weeks on my iphone X Max? We are currently in Week 2 of the year but my calendar shows week 3. Thank you

We are actually in week 3 using the US standard. Week 1 is the week that January 1 appears in. See→https://savvytime.com/week-number/united-states/2021
You can change the week start to Friday, that will put January 1 in Week 1 for this year. Go to Settings/Calendar to find this setting.
Check your Settings > Calendar. Does the week starts on Sunday?
