Hi,
I store and backup my photos from my iphone, to iCloud.
For some reason, I get a copy of any image picked at camera roll within seconds at folder Onedrive/Pictures/iCloud Photos
I read several docs but could not find where was this activated
Can you assist so I deactivate it pls ?

What you describe sounds like there is some link or sync to your iCloud Photos. If you can't find anything after drilling down into the OneDrive settings, you may need to consult - Contact - Official Apple Support.

I could just ommit "For some reason"...
I mean, I shoot a new picture from iphone camera
Then it is stored on my iphone (of course) and at iCloud
BUT I also get this image at Onedrive at folder Onedrive/Pictures/iCloud
which means, somehow, this folder has been created at Onedrive and with a rule set, it copies :
(The result is the same, but i just mention, as these are two different events)

Can you explain a bit on the underlined portion of your post?
Is your OneDrive app somehow connected to your iCloud Photos or synced to it?
I have searched in this direction as well, but could not trace a sync/link button
