Weak magnets in apple wallet accessory

I just bought a apple wallet accessory I am attaching it to the Iphone 11 Pro with no case on the phone. The magnets do not provide a very secure connection to the phone. If I shake the phone slightly the case will move or fall of. Also the case does not orient itself very will and even a very slight pressure on one side of the wallet accessory will cause it to rotate so that it is not square with the phone. Is anyone else having this issue? It this how it is designed? It seams comically unusable did I get a Bad case or are they all like this?
