Hello, I just create my new Apple ID , but somehow I can’t purchase anything . After I purchased it said Your purchase is unavailable need to contact iTunes . What’s the problem ? Can I have the answer please

You'll need to contact iTunes support. 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753)
