iphone 11 warranty

I have purchased My iphone 11 from Tradeline stores ( apple main distributors inEgypt )six months ago and last week i had a damage in my iphone screen and when i contacted Tradeline as my iphone ‘s screen is still having a warranty they told me that i supposed to buy the screen protector from their stores once i got my new phone and to be both purchased with one bill to get a new screen once mine is damaged for free although that they didn’t inform me with all if this while i was buying my iphone which i find it a cheat from them for not informing me with this important point to have my iphone ‘s warranty so i need to solve this issue with them to have my new screen from them
