Why is there reflection?

Why is there a reflection every time I take a picture of my light?

Hey there!

This is called a lens flare and is normal in every camera (not just iPhone cameras, even professional DSLR cameras have this same phenomenon occur when pointed directly at a light source).

This may be avoided by placing your hand slightly above or on the sides of the camera to block some of this excess light.
