My facetime app can’t connect to server when i try log in with my apple id?
i can’t receive notifications of my social media apps instantly when my phone is locked, and before i open the apps.

It looks like there are two separate issues here.
For the issue with FaceTime please follow these instructions from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201422
To get notification from apps on the lock screen: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201925 You should be able to go into Settings > Notifications > your social media apps > Allow Notifications > Lock Screen needs to be selected and Show Previews needs to be changed to Always.
