replacement

i just bought a new iPhone 12 pro. but by mistake i ordered iPhone 12 pro max covers - 2 of those. i tried calling the customer care their answer was - that apple has a policy not to take back anything if ordered wrongly. just wanted to get a review how can i solve the same. i am from india and its becoming quite. challenge just to get even the replacement. can someone help me please. i hope the same can be raised a s question to APPLE - that this is not done. MY order remains intact and unopened till now.

No. Doesn’t help. I just want a replacement - not even - refund. But customer care is not ready to help. I will have to resort to social media - as this is just - not right. The product is unopened and the customer service person says - not possible because apple has a no return policy. I mean this is very unprofessional.
