Apple Mac WiFi drops out

My MacBook Pro (Retina early 2013) is running macOS Catalina. I have a very good WiFi connection to fibre optic broadband with download speeds of over 100Mbs when I reboot my BT router. However, over say a half hour the WiFi connection will be lost.

I do not have this problem with my iPad Mini 3 on OS 12.4.9 or iPhone SE on OS 14.3.
