I want to permanently delete an app from the App Library. There is no x to press to delete, there is only a - and then it goes in the App Library or Home Screen

Tap and hold on the app you want to permanently delete from your iPhone.

Press ‘Remove app’ or ‘Delete app’. Then tap delete.

Your app will then be deleted.

We'd like to help you delete those apps from your iPhone. Follow the steps in this link to delete apps: Remove apps from iPhone

You can also remove them from Settings > General > iPhone storage > [Select the app] > Delete App.

but if i hold my finger on app then it only says that i can remove app from home screen. and then it goes to library. And if i hold at library then its only possible to put it back to homescreen.
