If you have Family Sharing set up, the app should be automatically shared between all family members. Is that not happening?

Thank you. What happens is it looks like it is going to charge you. But after you enter your password a message comes on screen that says I wasn’t charged because of someone in my family plan. It was a little misleading at first. Thanks.
