Thanks Lawrence! I reviewed my payment method. It is correct but to be safe I updated expiration date of the card. I still cannot update 13 free apps. I rebooted my iPhone 6s and it changed nothing. I only have one direct bill/payment and that is for iCloud storage. It shows up every month on statement.
When I try to delete those 13 apps to reinstall it won't let me. The x does not appear when I hold down the app icon. All the icons begin to jiggle but the x doesn't come on.
If you have any other suggestions I would appreciate them. I have followed directions from iPhone on Google but nothing is working so far.
