How to merge 2 Apple Watch’s data into one

I recently received an iPhone 12. After transferring all of the data from my XR to my 12, my Apple Watch did not automatically sync. After troubleshooting with customer service I had to reset my Apple Watch. Now all of my past activities and earned awards are not there. I looked into settings, health and found that there were 3 different Apple Watch devices listed-weird?! One of them containing past data with multiple workouts and earned activities and another with activities from today moving forward. How can I merge those devices together so I can get back all of my earned awards and progress?

I have searched this forum already And I found the same type of question from 2017. This was a known issue then but I’m wondering if Apple has developed a solution to this since then?

Every time you unpair and re-pair a new device is created and it keeps all your fitness and health data for that "paired session",if you delete any of these devices then you delete all your badges, awards etc for that device.

You cannot merge them and don't delete them or you'll end up losing everything.
