Deleting Fotos from "Imported Folder"

Ia am working with a MAC Pro with Big Sur OS - How can I delete photos from my "Imported" FOTOS folder without tem being deleted from the "LIBRARY" folder??

Since Ventura update I cannot import photos. I recently got the Ventura update on my intel based Mac. I am unable to import photos from SD card to my photos library that is on an external drive. I've been reading that some people are having similar but not quite the same issue as me... I tried just about everything. Restarting. Disconnect/reconnect. Disk utility unmount/mount. Change photos directory.

Is it possible to Batch Rename a folder of images in Photos? Is it possible to Batch Rename a folder of images in Photos. Ideally I would like to change from the camera filename, IMG_0616.HEIC to Location Sequential Number London001, London002 etc. If this cannot be achieved then to add sequential titles would work so from no title to London001, London002 etc. Thanks for any help provided.
