what can i do if my iphone was stolen but not logged in to icloud ?

My phone was stolen and it was not logged in to icloud as i was just transferring to a new phone. Can that phone be blocked or disabled if i have the serial number ?

Stolen phone My phone was stolen and the individual somehow has access into my iPhone. I've already blacklisted the phone and tried changing the passwords and such to all the apps/information I can think of. However, the individual was able to remove the phone from my apple account. Is there anyway to make sure my information isn't on that phone anymore? Or another way to have apple enable a factory reset if it goes online again??

No. You made a big mistake.

Now, anyone can wipe it down and reuse it.
