what can i do if my iphone was stolen but not logged in to icloud ?

My phone was stolen and it was not logged in to icloud as i was just transferring to a new phone. Can that phone be blocked or disabled if i have the serial number ?

No. You made a big mistake.

Now, anyone can wipe it down and reuse it.

Stolen phone My phone was stolen and the individual somehow has access into my iPhone.
