iPhone iOS 14.3 will not allow for deleting apps

My iPhone, iOS 14.3 does not display an option to delete apps anymore. It will either give an option to move to the library or back to the homescreen.

Turn off Screen Time restrictions.

Settings, Screen Time

Incorrect. Any apps that you cannot delete in ios14, you couldn’t delete them in ios13 either.

Tap on remove then tap on delete in the next message

Restart your phone and see if it helps.

Sorry to contradict you but again there is not an option to “delete” the app...this is all I am able to do.

Thank you, turning off screen time allowed the “delete” option to show in the options.
