i want to extend applecare, followed directions, not getting that option
I followed instructions to extend applecare on iphone and in applecare account--neither take me to option to extend. Help

There are some steps over at Extend your AppleCare+ coverage – Apple Support for extending Apple Care.
These are region/country specific however, so they may not be of benefit to you. I would recommend contacting Apple Support if you have further questions or concerns.
