2 separate Apple ID's

Am I able to create 2 separate Apple ID's one for business and one for Perosnal use, under one same email ?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

You can't do that. Each Apple ID requires its own unique email address.
