I got my phone wet and and got water inside my front lens so I put it in rice to get the water and moisture off and now the waters gone but my face id isn’t working I tried to reset it but it keeps saying my face isn’t in the frame and I tried reseting my phone thinking its a bug but its still not working

Get started here: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro
If the issue persists, check that the Ring/Silent Switch is in the ring position, then try setting up Face ID again: Set up Face ID on iPhone
Also, if you have restrictions enabled in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, disable them, restart your iPhone, and try setting up Face ID again.
