Hi, my jan 2021 challenge hasn’t come up on my phone app or watch. I have never had this problem before. I have the ‘ring in the new year’ challenge but that’s it.
Any ideas?

I remember a while back a person had the same problem and was advised to unpair and re-pair the watch and setup as new,so if there was a software problem setting it up as new wouldn't reintroduce the problem.
This did solve the persons problem,maybe worth a try!!,won't know until February if it worked though.
That doesn’t make sense. As it has never shown up for this month and I can see all the previous months challenges. Also people I am friends with who have Apple watches can see their challenges?
Well that’s annoying. How can I resolve the problem if Feb’s challenge doesn’t show?

The monthly challenge appears on the 1st of the month,as we're half way through the month you won't see it now.
Yes your friends can see it because it appeared on their watches on the 1st of the month.
For some reason it didn't appear on yours,that's what needs investigating.
