Operating AirPlay\ HomePod via Apple Watch

Hey,

I encountered some problems in regards to the airplay integration of my Apple Watch ( Series 6 ).

The Apple Watch is not recognising the homepod as an air play device. Consequently I can’t use intercom, neither am I able to stream music from my Apple Watch directly on the homepod.

Although I can operate the lights via the home app, and the HomePod is indicated as well it is not responding.

The only possibility to stream music is select the iPhone in the play-now-app. But then again I can not select any specific music. I just can adapt the volume and stop the music.

Every device is updated to the newest software.

I would really appreciate your help .
