iPad mini keyboard resizing options

Other than the tiny floating keyboard and the huge full-size keyboard, are there any other options for resizing the keyboard on iPad mini?

In landscape the full-size keyboard takes up more than half the screen, and the floating keyboard is very tiny, with all punctuation, even periods and commas, only accessible on the numbers layout.

Is there another keyboard app perhaps, that allows custom resizing of the keyboard? I used to use an Android tablet with MS Swiftkey keyboard, which allowed height and width and placement to be adjusted by dragging handles. But the iOS version does not have this capability.

Yes I’ve tried all those options. The problem remains the same as I originally described: Full-size keyboard way too big, and floating keyboard way too small with too few keys. Split keyboard is even worse, since I prefer using a stylus, and moving back and forth with one hand is exhausting in landscape.

The problem is there is no resizing option on the iOS keyboard. I would like to keep the keys that at are on the full-size keyboard, but shorten the height and width and move it to the right (I’m right handed).

So back to my original question, Has anyone had success with a third-party keyboard app that allows custom resizing of the keyboard?
