Weird screencaptureui files found in Bin after restarting Mac

I am currently using macOS Big Sur.

After restarting my Mac, I found a "Recovered files" folder in the Bin, which contained about 10 empty folders titled "nsird_screencaptureui_{6 letter string}".

Anyone know what these are?

Is the device being recorded or something?

I did find a "screencaptureui.8" file in Finder, under "Library..........Usr/share/man/man8", which is apparently related to Homebrew.

Which contains "nsird_appname_{6 letter string}" (search for 'nsird'), which is the exact format found in my Bin, and they claim it will appear in Temporary Items which appears to be what's happening here. Though I am not sure what the script does, and what it's for
