So I tried downloading an app which is not from the Apple store and I don’t have device management in settings but I saw that you need to install a profile but I don’t know how to do that so please help :(

Profile options will exist, only if any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

I have 4 devices none of them have any MDM or profile on my devices
Trust me, you do NOT want to do that.
Installing a management profile will give the author of the app you're trying to install nearly complete control over your phone.
Thank you for the reply but I have my personal phone and I have never installed any profiles so I don’t know how to install them
We really can’t help you to install any app from outside of the App Store. You are on your own.
