Shared music (from iTunes upload) won’t play for family members

I uploaded some CDs that I own to iTunes on my PC. I then added the album to my playlist and I was able to view and play it from my phone in Apple Music. Then I shared it with my family members (family sharing is on) but all they could do is open it from the text but it wasn’t playable at all. It shows the play button but you can’t press it. And it doesn’t show any of the tracks listed below like it did on my end. Any suggestions as to why this won’t share properly or how I can fix?

(And these CDs are audio books but I didn’t think that should make a difference)

We understand that you have some questions about Family Sharing, and we'd like to help get you pointed in the right direction. You can share music, movies, and TV shows purchased from the iTunes Store or Apple TV app. You can also share Apple Music through a family subscription. However, this does not include content individually synced from a computer.
