Icloud storage update payment

Hi! I have a question about my Icloud storage payment, I have recently got a new debit card, I lost the old one, and I have updated my billing info in my account, but I still get the notification, that you can't withdraw funds from my new card for the Icloud storage? What can I do?

I’ve had to cancel my cards due to fraud on my banking accounts and when I try to process the payment through a new card it says this is not possible but I keep being asked to update my payment. I have the bank card that I have been paying for everything with in my Apple Wallet and it is the main card on there. Is there anything I can do to pay for the extra storage??? ICloud storage Usually I have $0.99 taken off of my debit card and now for some reason it hasn’t been accepting my debit card. It’s a new card MasterCard that I got like 2 weeks ago. Usually I have paid $0.99 and taken off of my debit card to pay for 50GB every month and now for some reason it hasn’t been accepting my debit card, and it (the $0.99) usually don’t come off of my card until about the end of every month. It’s a new card MasterCard that I got like 2-3 weeks ago that I’m using. I tried re-entering my card more than 3 times to pay for my 50GB purchase and it still comes up as a failed debit card. Not sure why it ain’t working when it has already worked to take out $10.69 for my music. Why won’t it accept my other payments that I have to make this month? N I still have some money in my bank account!

Check to make sure everything entered is all good -- Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support.

Hello again, I have double-checked all the data I've entered about my new card, but I still get the reply that something is wrong about the payment update. I don't know what else to do...?
