I have tried to cancel this subscription for weeks. no luck please help

Go to the iTunes app and log into your account (this is easily done by scrolling all the way down and selecting the 'Apple ID: (Followed by your email)' and select view account which could potentially be followed by a password. After that scroll down to subscriptions this is where you can cancel Apple Music, Apple TV, apple news etc.
