Download epubs, pdfs from safari into books?

Hey, so my title pretty much sums it all up. I'm currently trying to read some fan translated light novels, but sadly they aren't available on books. So I'm just wondering if it's possible to download ebooks/epubs and pdfs from websites on safari onto the books app?
