Crackling (white noise) sound on iPhone XR

I brought this phone off someone on jan 8th I first noticed the crackling (white noise) on the 10th I reset the phone when I got it since then I have updated the phone and restarted is so see if that works it hasn’t. The crackling happens on everything, phone calls, FaceTime, Snapchat, Instagram, camera etc. I don’t know what to do as nothing it working I even contacted the person I brought it off of and it hadn’t happened with them so it definitely started over the past week.
