How to upgrade MBP early 2013 to Catalina

My MBP Retina I7 early 2013 with MAC OS 10.13.6 High Sierra need to updated to most relevant MACOS revision.

Big Sur is obviously not compatible to MBP Retina I7 early 2013.

  1. To what OS can I upgrade? (CATALINA?)
  2. How can I upgrade?

3, Where can I find the most recent MacOs Revision compatible to my machine

Many thanks for your help.

This: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support

Use Safari for any downloads. Firefox seems unable yo deal wti Apple system upgrades lately.

Another common concern: if in installing you get a message saying something is danged, it only means the new installer found an older, out-dated version of itself in your Applications folder. Deleting the old one should allow normal updating.
