My iCloud won’t transfer over to new iPhone 12 Pro from my current iPhone 8 which has the latest update installed . It just buffers on all 3 ways to set up restore from iCloud , Bluetooth from old phone and start without uploading old apps
Thank you . Got it sorted by doing a network reset on my iPhone 8 this allowed me to back up the iPhone 8 then everything transferred over with ease to the iPhone 12 Pro

We understand that you’ve been attempting to set up your new iPhone 12 Pro with your iPhone 8, but you’re not getting anywhere. It sounds like you’re not seeing an error message or alert either.
Have you been able to get set up yet? If not, try the steps in the “Get help restoring from an iCloud backup” here:
If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
