Robokiller won't go away after app is deleted

Hello PWDmom and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty removing a spam phone call app called Robokiller.
Is the actual app itself still showing on your device or is the app gone but calls are still forwarding? Some users have reported the need to both delete the app and run off the call forwarding here:
