When you say “it won’t work”, then what does that mean?
- Is your Samsung a supported TV for the Apple TV app?
- Do you have the Apple TV app on your smart TV? Or can you download the app?
- Are you able to open the Apple TV app?
- Are you able to sign in to the app with your Apple ID account?
- When you select content to play, then what happens?
- Do you get an error message? What does it say?
