Well my right airpod doesn’t work properly

Well my right airpod doesn’t work properly (takes ages to charge and dies in around 30 minutes) and when I tried this, my right AirPod was 86% before closing the case and after opening it, it was 53%, and as I am writing this, it is 65%... what to do?

When I place the left airpod in the case, It says is charging and always stays at 70 %, It never goes up or down. I know that the issue is the left airpod as it does not even last 5 minutes. I have tried everything like cleaning it, reseting, etc and still does not work. What should I do guys?
