Hey, so I am planning on buying a new phone from you guys, my old phone stopped working however it is renewed, I was wondering if I could do a trade in with my old iPhone, it is an iPhone X everything seems to be perfect however the swiping does not work. If it was refurbished or otherwise service by someone other than Apple, Apple won't touch it excel to offer to recycle it for you at no cost.
