I don’t see my hard drive listed on disk utility

I’m trying to erase my hard drive on MacBook Pro 13” but it’s not listed

Thanks for the reply! I’m using that support page but the problem is my SSD does not show up to select... I’m thinking the SSD is bad or the logic board is bad..
