Calendar help

Hi, I got an email to join a calendar, although every time I click the link it opens a blank browser. I need to link the calendars for work purposes and am not sure how to resolve this issue, please help?

Hey there Ashybee,

We'd like to help you accept that Calendar invitation from your work.

Of course, we agree that this isn't expected behavior, so let's start ruling out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned attempting to accept the invitation, but it opens to a blank page. A good first step would be to test accepting the same invitation using another device with the same Apple ID signed into it.
  2. Have you tried a restart? If not, here's a link that'll show how to restart a Mac. Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac If you're using an iPhone or iPad instead, check out these two links: Restart your iPhone and Restart your iPad
  3. While we're unsure of which device you have, it would be a good idea to make a backup of it, then check for an update.
