I have not been able to get in touch with apple support at all the last three months to get help with my iPhone and mac ! No dicount having a edu email, having to buy a new mac because some geek squad geek told me he had no idea what was wrong with my mac. I dont understand how hard it is to get some communication from a company that i spend thousANDS ON !!!!! Im not happy at all. Ive needed help on multiple devices!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use the Get Support link I pointed you to. It is located at the top right of this page. I also copied the link into my response to you. What else do you want us to do? We are not associated with Geek Squad or Apple. We are users like you. You ranting at us is of no value to anyone and does not even alert Apple or Geek Squad about your complaint/issue.

Well of course. But to get an appointment at my local store to get my phone screen fixed is something that I feel I should be able to get done. My phone screen had been cracked for months and had been trying to get in to get it fixed. Yesterday was its last day. My iPhone 11 is no longer working. Im just frustrated !!
