Using Apple TV remote on iPhone (for Apple Music music)

Can i use my Apple TV remote to control my iPhone (for example to control Apple Music)?

No.

But you can load Apple Music on an Apple TV (4th generation or later), and use the remote that way.

That’s right @Urquhart1244, but that’s the thing, i want to listen to Apple Music, using my iPhone speakers, on my rooftop (were I don’t have tv), and change the songs remotely (without using “hey Siri”)

Heh, I did not anticipate that option. :)

Maybe use bluetooth speakers, and keep your phone on your person (instead of a separate remote).
