UPS not showing in Energy Saver?

I am unable to get OSX 11.1 to detect a direct USB connected UPS. Native support for direct connect devices unavailable

APC UPS works with intel iMac but not with silicon M3 iMac My intel iMac works OK with APC UPS, but my new Silicon M3 iMac does not see APC UPS in System Settings Energy Saver. I have tried a variety of USB cables including USB-C to USB-B, and the supplied APC USB-A to USB-C with several (working) adapters. Anybody got it to work? Maybe a firmware problem, or Apple not supporting it? Thanks

Communications lost with UPS Terminal.app told me the communications lost with UPS warming which I connect to my Mac Pro 2012. I've been seen several commands and settings at /etc/apcupsd, though I can't figured it out yet. macOS I've been using is Mojave and warning is started since I did security update. Mac Pro and UPS is connected via USB cable, though not update UPS utilities since I can't find the update for macOS. Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Is usually requires an other cable from UPS to USB port on computer for computer to see UPS. The cable usually as like a telephone jack into UPS and USB - A connector on other end of that cable to usb-A port on computer.
