iPhone 12 Pro does not respond to touch
Why does the phone not respond to touch; I can't answer the phone, can't even power it off to reset it. I removed the screen protector and the case and still it will not respond. Can someone help me please.

For this Force Restart you don't need the screen, only the buttons on the side of the phone. Let's see if that works and makes a difference. If not, you might have to contact Apple Support.
