Highlight Color of the macOS System

when I choose "another" color of the highlighting, the systems adds a certain filter that I don't want to have. When the appearance is light then is color is lighter and when it is dark, than the highlight color is darker.

How can I avoid this automatic filter and command the system, that it should use exactly the same color that I define with RGB?

This is what wallpaper tinting is all about:

If you're unfamiliar with the wallpaper tinting feature of macOS, it essentially allows window backgrounds to pick up color from your desktop wallpaper when in Dark Mode, which Apple says “helps windows blend more harmoniously with their surrounding content.” ... Apps running in Dark Mode benefit from Desktop Tinting.

When you select Other in that Highlight selector, you do have a choice of the color profile that the operating system will apply to that chosen highlight color via the circle with three dots in it to the right of the slider selector. Otherwise, the operating system is in control of your highlight color saturation.

I am uncertain what the multi-color Accent color does, and the Allow wallpaper tinting in Windows appears to darken the Finder Favorites panel when selected.

When I selected Other, I chose a vivid yellow color, and like you, it was completely ignored by the operating system which persisted with an unpleasant, pale, pastel yellow highlight. This may be a bug, as I see no workaround to it.

In the Desktop & Screen Saver panel, are you using a dynamic desktop setting?
