Updating Mac OS

Hi Everyone.

I have currently have an older 2012 15" Retina thats running Mac OSX 10.13.6. It is not compatable with the latest Big Sur OS. Older Mac OS are not available in the app store. What is the way to update to OS 10.14 or 10.15?
