Password doesn't work

Hey all, I am an orthopedic surgeon, I put today a password which I know it since years on my iPhone before I enter an operation and after finishing the operation I entered the same password but it states that it's a wrong password, I am sure about this password since years, how I can get into my account? Because I have many pictures related to the X-Ray of patients and many datas related to my business and official documents. Please please any solution for that?
